Choosing between the three apartments
The three addresses differ mainly in capacity and outlook; the service is identical.
- Le Pralin sleeps six across three bedrooms, on the first floor, with balconies and terraces.
- Le Oura sleeps four over 53 sqm on the ground floor, with a terrace open onto the valley, a private ski room and covered parking.
- Le Peclet sleeps four in two bedrooms, the most compact of the three.

Are these apartments ski-in, ski-out?
No. They sit in the village, a short walk from the Le Praz gondola, which is the departure point for the ski area.
Can we stay without a car?
Yes. Free resort shuttles serve the villages of Courchevel year-round, and our concierge arranges your transfer on arrival. Timetables follow the resort's official seasonal information.
Are they suitable for guests with reduced mobility?
Le Pralin and Le Oura are not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Please tell us your requirements before booking and we will advise honestly.
How are stays structured?
Winter stays run Saturday to Saturday, with published weekly rates and direct booking on the residence page.
