The practical difference is who answers you, and how fast.
- One contact from the first enquiry to your arrival, and during the stay.
- Weekly rates are published on each residence page, with the total shown before payment.
- Concierge requests — transfers, chef, instructors, housekeeping — are arranged by the same team.
How a booking works
Winter stays run Saturday to Saturday.

Can we book these residences elsewhere?
No. Every residence in our public collection is represented by DOMA Chalet and bookable only with us, directly with the team that manages it.
When do I pay the balance?
The deposit, balance schedule and cancellation policy are those published in our terms and conditions, and are recalled in your confirmation.
Can you hold a week while we decide?
Ask the team: on some weeks we can hold an option for a short period. High-demand weeks cannot be held.
