Off-piste in the Three Valleys is less about steepness and more about knowing where the cold snow lives. Our guides — three of them, working with us for over a decade — read the wind the night before and reroute by 7:00 am. The result is morning runs with no tracks and a coffee back at the chalet before lunch.
